  • Video providers: when an administrator uploads an LMS lesson through YouTube, the video and the metadata submitted for it are sent to YouTube and stored there as an unlisted video.   • Authorities or other parties: where disclosure is required by law, legal process, or necessary to protect people, the service, or our legal rights.
